fees are very reasonable. Since we are completely computerized,
our support staff is kept to a minimum. This allows us
to pass along a substantial savings to you. Several Report
Formats are offered for every type of residential property
so that you don't have to pay for more of a report than
you really need. Call or email us for a description of
report types available for your property and the cost
of each. We will help you determine which report type
will best meet your needs. |

summaries are available even sooner. Super Rush (sometimes
even same day if warranted). When we promise you a
deadline, you'll find we honor it. We make every
effort to contact the client or property owner within
24 hours of receipt of the order. We can provide the completed
report by mail or by fax. We are also EDI capable and
can transmit the report to you as an Adobe Acrobat PDF
file so that you receive the report as soon as we are
finished preparing it. |
